About the Role

The Lead Breakfast Cook is responsible for delivering Wander In’s gourmet breakfast experience. This position is ideal for someone who brings creativity, precision, and leadership to elevated morning cuisine.

Your Responsibilities will Include:

• Prepare gourmet breakfast items with consistency, artistry, and attention to detail.
• Set up and stock breakfast stations with required ingredients and supplies.
• Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards to maintain quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, tools, and work areas.
• Monitor food temperatures and uphold all food safety practices.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth, timely service.
• Properly store, label, and rotate food items according to safety standards.
• Supervise, guide, and support breakfast staff to maintain an efficient workflow.
